What aircraft does the Foundation 1000 replicate?

The One‑G Foundation 1000 is configured as a Cessna 172 with G1000 avionics. Loggable training and currency tasks are completed on it in accordance with FAA allowances and your instructor’s guidance.

How do instructors get access?

Active CFIs can complete a checkout with SkySim Labs. Once checked out, instructors can schedule unattended sessions at our facilities with their students as desired.

Do you support IFR currency tasks?

Yes—on the One‑G Foundation 1000 AATD you can accomplish applicable instrument currency tasks such as approaches, holds and course tracking. Your instructor or a SkySim employee can help you plan an efficient session.
